"We know the location since the late 1970s, always a food destination. Now with new owners and chef even more so - a real treat! Hotel had its quirks from Wi-Fi that only worked when standing by the door of our room (didn’t work in the lounge) to light bulbs out and forgotten breakfast items, some attention is needed. Not four stars."

"We had a great stay at this small hotel tucked away in a wooded area of the Vosges. The renovated room was very comfortable with good quality bedding and although the bathroom was a little dated everything worked well with plenty of hot water. What was really outstanding was the lovely brasserie (they also have a large dining room which is used for big group events) where we dined and had breakfast both nights of our stay (other dining options are a drive away). Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."
