"The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. "You get two really large rooms with a king-size bed and full kitchen (!) and bathroom in a great location for an excellent price. It's a little noisy due to single paned glass so use earplugs if that bothers you, but at the price I booked in for, this is totally fine."
