"This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . "

"We arrived at 10:30 to stay overnight as my best friends wedding was the next day only to find behind door #1- a man in his underwear with his dog renting one side of the place… went to door #2 and found the owner of the place staying in there who proceeded to tell us they forgot about us and her phone hadn’t synced up with the app to notify her of our stay (I had messaged them only 5 days before about our stay and had even received a reply) and was told she would need a bit to set the linens...
