"It was a cute little condo. Clean for the most part. Walking in your socks on the bare floor you could tell the floors were dirty. You could tell The silver wear drawer was rigged in and fell out every time you opened it. The lamp shade in the small bedroom would not stay in place. Besides those few things that could be fixed inexpensively it was a beautiful location."

"We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. "

"We loved the location, price for the value, and amenities at this property. We were surprised to find many large stains on the carpet throughout the condo, making the condo feel dingy/unclean. The property is also really lacking a way to effectively darken the master bedroom as the bright lights from the strip shone in all night. "

"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...
