"It was a wonderful family vacation. Staff did everything to make sure we were happy. "

"When we arrived everything was exactly as described. Our host was very responsive. I only had one question and Caden responded right away. We got there on the last day the restaurant was open so we had a very quiet stay. Our first night was nice though since we got to meet some of the staff next door before they closed for the season. Even though the weather wasn't great, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again. Thank you for such a nice time."

"Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "

"The Chalet was exactly what we needed for our large family to feel cozy and rejuvenated. The layout of the home allowed everyone to spread out for privacy and personal space, while also allowing ample space in the common areas for gathering together for fellowship and group activities. The setting of the home in the hills and farmlands is just stunningly picturesque, complete with wildlife and gorgeous vistas. The fire pit area was a hit for making s’mores and sharing stories. "My stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls was absolutely fantastic! I initially had some concerns about the area, but they were completely unfounded. The property was impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional service, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was incredibly convenient – just a quick, safe 2-minute walk to the casino across the street. I felt secure throughout my stay, and the walkability of the area added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!"
