Great place to stay!
We stayed for 4 nights here and it was perfect for us! The area in the backyard was great! The house was very cozy with a lot of room. The neighborhood is beat down but no issues with our stay. Would definitely visit again!

Handy Location for Niagara Falls
The Blue Bungalow was perfect for my wife and me. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do. Lou was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions for us to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary.

Convenient value bungalow
This bungalow was clean, cleverly decorated, and comfortable. It is conveniently close to the Falls (12 minute walk). Some places in the neighborhood are not as nice, but this one rises above. It is a great value and a fun placd to stay.

Had my two dogs and the property was great for them. Close to Niagara State park so they could walk with us there. The neighbors were super nice.

The Bungalow
The blue bungalow was as advertised. Very clean, very well stocked. Plenty of room for us and the pups. Mr. Rizzo was easy to communicate with. I would suggest bringing a Roku to hook up, the TV only has antenna. A lot of attractions were within walking distance.

Cozy little Bungalow
The location was excellent. We barely had to drive anywhere. All of the main tourist attractions were within walking distance. The neighborhood itself is a little run down, but coming from a dangerous neighborhood, I never felt like I was in danger. Neighbors were friendly and we had no problems. Great stay. Would recommend.

Niagara visit
We had a good stay in a city that was dirty and depressed. If you walk to the tourist traps you can see how many empty homes are only blocks away from the casino with its attached temporary residences. This bungalow is a nice spot that is really close to the falls and allthe things you would want to see as a tourist. The neighbors are nice and the yard is set up for canine friends.

Nice Stay at the Blue Bungalow
My spouse and I had an enjoyable stay in the Niagara Falls area at the Blue Bungalow. We found the facilities there as promoted, and it met all our expectations and then some. We're homeaway newbies, but Lou answered our process questions to get us acclimated. It was nice to be able to walk back and forth to the attractions. We would stay there again if we were to revisit the area. So, we recommend a stay at this property if you're into functional convenience... Jim & Gail R

Great location!
The house was very nice considering the age and neighboring properties. Bring your own hair dryer, as the one provided looks like it could be a fire hazzard. Stereo and DVD players are broken so, if that's important to you, bring your own. We were glad to have off street parking. This was a great asset during our stay since we walked everywhere and never needed to move our car off the street.

6" x ^' Square cut out of the blinds in the bathroom
Did not get check in instructions until 10 minutes to 3 the day of check in. House was in a terrible run down neighborhood. House had a bad odor. Found a 6" x 6" square cut out of the lower corner of bathroom blinds we covered with a towel. Did not feel safe, secure or private. we will not stay at another property listed by VRBO

The Blue Bungalow was wonderful. It's a little gem tucked on street of older houses in a downtown neighborhood. My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding but were spending the day Saturday at the Falls. The house was nice. Modern equipment with some real cool vintage decorations mixed in. We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to get to anything downtown. Doordash drivers had no problem finding the place. We were very comfortable and felt very safe. Mr. Rizzo was very easy to communicate with. We already decided we will be going back sometime. One thing I would suggest if you are TV watchers or have kids that would watch, bring a firestick or roku to hook up. Nice TVs but antenna tv doesn't offer much. A very nice place to chill and relax after a day of doing tourist stuff.

Blue Bungalo
We enjoyed our stay. Information given was mostly correct. It is a 10-12 min walk to the Falls. We were able to walk to The Aquarium, Falls Park, Goat Island and restaurants. At night when the traffic is quieter you are able to hear the falls. Neighborhood is rundown and it is very sad to see a lot of the homes boarded up. Inside of the bungalow was clean and neat!! Negative things: Outside grill needs updated or at least cleaned. Neighbors right next door would play their music very loud at night to the point we were grateful we brought a fan along to drown out the noise so we could sleep.

We've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this was such a huge disappointment. The house was filthy, with dirty floors, walls, [not sure about the sheets - wish I brought a sleeping bag with me], broken toys and old eye glasses laying around. The kitchen / bathroom cabinets and drawers were stuffed with disorganized odds and ends [i.e. rusty tools?] with an assortment of leftover food in the cabinets [sardines?] and fridge. I felt the house was overall disgusting and the neighborhood seemed less than safe. Overall, I am very displeased with this rental property condition.

Problems made worse by uncooperative owner!
As frequent VRBO renters with wonderful experiences, we were so disappointed with our experience dealing with this owner. We planned a mini-stay in Niagara Falls. Upon arrival, we were shocked and rather skeeved out to find an absolutely filthy toilet. We were so uncomfortable we decided to vacate early. When We contacted Mr. R, he initially apologized and offered a partial reimbursement, which we felt was fair. What followed was an absolute run-around to get our partial refund. Mr. R. was uncooperative and VERY unprofessional. We would not recommend dealing with him. We were not a difficult couple to deal with- we were taken back by him. Such a shame, because we have previously had such positive experiences with VRBO. In fact it was VRBO who intervened and FINALLY secured our refund!
