"Loved the property. Directly on the lake with a pool and driving range. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms ive ever come across. The sauna and jacuzzi were a huge plus. Bun Cha at the restaurant was to die for. Breakfast Buffett was pretty good, loved the espresso machine. Staff very attentive, great customer service! A bunch of Cafes within 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel. WIll definitely be back. "

"Great find, close to West lake and near to some good restaurants and Activities. Roof top bar was lovely, breakfast fine. We used the swimming pool which was cool after a morning of sight seeing. Rooms are surprisingly spacious for Hanoi, (we didn't try the spa or restaurant). As everyone says, front of house staff are helpful and lovely. "
