"Good Homestay , but the heater seems not to be working all time , the room service was not done , we got back from our local tour at 11.30pm then asked them to do it , atleast they did it at that time . Atleast the response time was good "

Staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to organise taxis for us, with one lady member of staff being particularly lovely, and with excellent English skills. The rooms have the feel of once being luxurious but now falling into some disrepair - a few cockroaches were in my room, corners were dusty and uncleaned, and the air conditioner was very noisy. "They made a few mistakes in the beginning with my room but they made up for them with extra excelent service, shout out to Mr Yanto and mba Belinda at Kayu Manis restaurant and all the staff at the restaurant for treating me and my Mom with smile, kindness and professionalism. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Keep the good work 🙏"

Pleasant oasis in a busy city

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the pool area. The breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit, and egg station and plenty of Asian food options. There are 3 restaurants to choose from, Chinese, Italian and the main restaurant. Dinners were a little below expectations m, we did enjoy the Chinese restaurant but the pizza in the Italian restaurant was quite good. I ordered the chicken breast in the main and was served a chicken leg that was definitely reheated. The hotel is an older hotel but the room was well maintained and comfortable. We slept well. The pool was the main reason we chose the hotel and it was great to cool down after a long day of sightseeing. Towels are provided and you can order drinks and snacks poolside. Some of the planting is a bit sparse and could use a refresh but overall it is a pleasant place to relax. There is an onsite tour office that can organize your airport transportation and sightseeing, but be prepared to pay a premium. We used grab to get around and found it efficient and very reasonably priced."
