"We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all the places we have been over 7 months in Southeast Asia, this is the one place I felt actually went above and beyond in terms of customer service! We enjoyed the free bikes and appreciated Lily giving us a map of things to do in the area. She also arranged our sleeper bus, while allowing us to stay in a vacant room that day. "What an awesome stay. We had issues with our prior stay in Tam Coc, had to book last minute. Was greeted by the family. She checked us into our private rooms. Super nice and welcoming. "The place is kind of charming because it’s all made of bamboo. However, the view of our bungalow was on the sewer so we didnt spend much time on the balcony. Also, the shower drain was blocked. You know how fun that can be!! Other then that, bed is huge and comfy and staff is helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay, the grounds and personnel were fantastic. We stayed in a quaint bungalow with a wall that was the actual rock so when it rained, this adjoining room got cooler and humid. We discovered a good gap in the screen where mosquitoes could enter but the issue was quickly and effectively fixed. Restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast was fulsome and varied. We would be happy to return. "
