"Nice old pub building in the centre of the small town. Down stairs arras were very nice with a cosy and traditional atmosphere. On checking in was advised kitchen was closed for 2 of the 3 nights. Breakfast (American pancakes) was very poor. Room was ok but tired around the edges. Very few power points and signs of a long term leak from shower which is always off putting. We had chosen the hotel for the wake due to the location and excellent facilities for such an event and due to the fact that as a family, we had often dined in the Passage House Inn just down the hill, so the area held some special memories for us.
