"My wife and our 3 children (15, 12 & 9) wanted to visit Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg for a family vacation. We were thrilled with our decision to rent this VRBO the moment we arrived. The owners left a nice card to welcome us and a jar of bird seed. The RV had everything we needed. The master had a nice bed for two adults. The RV had two bunk beds for my 9 and 12 year olds. Minus the little miscommunication there was with the romance pack being set up when we first arrived but the manager was nice enough to refund what I had paid extra for it and still set it up the following day while we were out of town. All in all my wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Had originally booked the weekend at one of the domes and the day before we check-in the office reached out and said the water lines to the domes had froze due to the winter storm coming and offered to put my family up in their event lodge or reschedule our vacation. We chose to take the lodge and so glad we did! It had more then enough room and the staff checked-in daily to make sure everyone was ok and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and one of a kind especially snow covered....
