"Everything was excellent except it was too warm for us in the room. We could not get the heat to go below 71 no matter what we set the thermostat at. Asked at desk about it. They sent tech up while we were out. He set it on cool. We didn't realize it till late that night . Put it back to heat and it still wouldn't stay down to where we set it. Other than that, everything was great! Pool and hot tub were fabulous! Would definitely stay again! But will check out the thermostat earlier in...
