"I have been staying at Americana’s Cup Inn for several years. I can’t recall any problems and the location is prime with all of the restaurants, shops, and bars at your fingertips. The staff is extremely friendly and the continental breakfast is everything you could ask for. The rooms are a bit older, but very clean and stocked with extra towels/water. I will continue to book at America’s Cup Inn as I give them a 5 star rating!"

"Amazing staff that was welcoming and supportive when requested little things. Highly impressed with the whole experience! The welcoming gift, surprise gift in room on anniversary made you feel special, the cleanliness and comfort of room was better than I've received and experienced at 5 star resort and suites at various locations in the past! The areas surrounding were great as well! Friends traveling with were able to get their lobster at a Raw Bar recommended within walking distance and I was able to get prime rib for an amazing low price of $21 on special deal! The hospitality shown at all locations recommended was excellent. You truly get a great experience for very reasonable costs! Can't thank the staff enough for making the last night of a travel before returning to Florida, one that will always bring back memories I can cherish! "

"SKIP Air BNB & Vrbo and stay here! The one and 2 bedroom townhouse/ condos are awesome! We were 2 couples and had plenty of room to stretch out after walking for brunch and dinner. Leave the car in the lot evening is less than a 15 min walk. "

"For our 25th anniversary we chose Newport, RI for a getaway. As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources. She worked with me over email and phone, booking restaurants, an onsite cocktail class with Zach (who is truly amazing as a teachers and cocktail scientist/artist) and getaway spa treatments with Randi (who really knows her stuff and cares) and team. The stay was great! From check in where we were treated with our itinerary packet and resources to surprise amenities celebrating our anniversary through to check out, it was above expectations. Every staff member was truly friendly and the style of this historical mansion hotel was striking and welcoming. Location was perfect - we walked everywhere and didn’t need our car really. Highly recommend! When we visit Newport on the future we will stay here again and will check out other Augerge collection properties in other locations in the future. I wish I encountered service and hospitality like this every time. Thank you Vanderbilt crew!"
