"My only critique is the heating inside the hotel, the bad wifi, and no tv service. The hotel was very cold, I even asked the staff if this was normal and was told yes. I had NO wifi and tv service. I tried to connect multiple times to wifi guest with no success. I tried to watch regular tv and i got nothing. I ended up using the Pluto tv app. OTHER than this minor inconveniences, the staff is Awesome, the bar is good, pool was heated which was good, everything is clean and organize. I will come back again in January. "

They have the friendliest staff in the entire world they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. We also rented a conference room from them and they went out of their way to accommodate us with many different things. There is absolutely zero chance that I ever stay at any other hotel in the Rome New York area ever again. This hotel is one of the best I’ve been to in the world much less the Rome, New York area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody that is considering it, and it is definitely fairly priced better than the rest and the best hotel in Rome, New York. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!"
