"This property met all of our expectations. It was very large, spacious, clean, welcoming and comfortable. I especially liked the little "touches" that Stephanie provided, i.e. her information booklets of places to go and eat, welcoming drinks, etc. I will definitely rent this property again when we are visiting New York. "We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again. "

"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"Cute. Small. Kitchen well-equipped, including Keureg with some pods provided for coffee & tea, sweetener & powdered cream (morning coffee info is important to me!). Near Empire State Trail, which was perfect because I was biking in and out from the trail. Host very accessible.
