"Now I know why this property has got an exceptionally high rating! Well-deserved! It was what all the reviews mentioned - cozy, clean, not just inside but the surrounding. Met Jeff, the personable owner who’d waited for my family of 5 as we had a late check-in. It was such a bonus to have the nice sourdough bread for breakfast w tea/coffee. Definitely worth the effort to be here for a relaxing stay. "

If you have trouble with movement the outside stairs are steep but not insurmountable. Sand castles and water play are so close with the Snowy River out the front of the property only metres away."
