"I meeded an overnight stop en-route to an event in the area. The location, price and car parking options first attracted me. On arrival I was greeted courteously and made very welcome. The staff were all very professional, but also sympathetic and obliging to a small additional request I had. The room was comfortable and clean, and a good size. "Extremely friendly staff. Very welcoming and dog friendly. The building was a beautifully preserved 15 century pub. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Meals were amazing, we had dinner and breakfast there. I would highly recommend."

"First time i have stayed at The Fox Inn but won't be my last, a great place to stop with very friendly staff. The room was fantastic and had everything you need, tea, coffee, shower & my room also had a bath.Plenty of parking directly outside your room. The pub itself was lovely, the food was fantastic along with the traditional English breakfast i had in the morning. Nothing but good things to say about the Fox Inn.."

"My wife and I stayed overnight to meet up with family and have a meal together. The room was lovely, clean, and welcoming. Bathroom was modern and clean with good shower. The staff were very friendly and the service was great! We had a meal in the restaurant which was wonderful, the breakfast was equally as good! All in all a great stay and I can see us revisiting. "

"Very old historic building with lots of character. Room large, bed comfy, coffee machine and biscuits but no bottled water. Good shower, good breakfast included cooked to order. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi rubbish, TV not great but was cool that it was hidden in the panelled wall. Short walk to paid parking. Overall a positive stay, would stay again. "
