"The Fox Den was just perfect for our trip to Ponca City. The house has plenty of room, a great kitchen, new applances, washer and dryer are excellent, and the beds are super comfortable, I mean seriously they are great mattresses."

"We were in town for a weekend of Cowley baseball games. The Charming Chestnust was centrally located, very clean, roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. Rachelle was very attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. The communication and check in/out process was easy. We will definitely book here again for future trips. "

"This is our second time staying here and it's such a gem in Winfield. Check-in is easy and the hosts are very responsive. The place is open and large but the description doesn't capture all the little things that make this home such a fun stay. Like, the large walk-in shower in the upstairs primary room, the large board game collection, the coffee and filters stocked up, and the super fun karaoke machine. Thanks Emily & Joe for another great stay! "

"The Bird House was very comfortable and I loved the setting. The screened in porch and yard were so cute and would be great to utilize in warmer weather. The parking spaces in the back of the house were very convenient. I was able to get this house for cheaper than what two hotel rooms would have been and it was so much nicer and more spacious. It had everything we needed and more. It smelled wonderful too. "

"Good property and stay for me and my family to attend a memorial. The host put effort into the place and it shows. Would suggest a little kid proofing; small TV stand for big TV and loose mirrors. But other than that, it was great. "

"The house is cozy and charming but could use a little clean up in backyard of trash, overgrowth and abundance of leaves for more curb appeal. Fixing cabinets in kitchen so they close and don't come off hinges would be good too. More than 2 large towels on hand would have been appreciated and inspection of locks on premises before our arrival. Beds were comfy and living area nice though fireplace did not work since batteries were dead and remote unopenable. New coffee maker is needed since one...
