"What an amazing time we had at Paula’s place in Woody Point! Everything was perfect! If you are visiting Gros Morne with a group of friends or family I would highly recommend this place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook up some good meals. The views from the kitchen and living areas were amazing, from the morning sun rise to sun set the deck was a great place to hang out. "The overall stay was good. We were a bit dissapointed that there were no knives that were really suitable for food prep. (no non-serrated knieves to chop, peel etc.) and no collander (makes draining pasta a bit challenging). assortment of serving bowls was not great--seemed to be large, plastic dollar store type bowls--having a bath with each room was great--noone needed to wait on showers etc.We were there in December--better placement so easy to find of snow removal equipment would be...

"The room was nice once we located. Didn't like the fact of no air conditioning. The main road was closed and under construction making the detours and trying not to get lost with the unmarked detours."

"As a family of 10, this house met all of our needs and then some! From being greeted with a gift basket of goodies and a bottle of wine to having a sparkling clean house with plenty of room and space. I’ve never stayed in a more well stocked house - we didn’t need to buy anything except food. Location was perfect allowing us to strike out to various spots in the Avalon region within 1.5 hours drive. The host was very helpful and gracious if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!"
