"We just returned from 7 nights over the Christmas holidays. It was a perfect location as we loved walking around the beautiful heritage homes nearby that were so festively decorated. It was a quick walk to Quidi Vidi where the fireworks were held earning evening and then we could see the fireworks at midnight from Signal Hill. Close to all the restaurants as well. Kathie was very responsive to any questions."

"Place was great, the layout inside and location especially. Fire pit/outside space was dirty and unkempt (in part from weather) but there were no items to tidy it with so we were unable to use it. Communicating with the host was fine as they were responsive when I booked, but I think it was AI or just automated messages after that as they didn't respond to my messages about there not being enough toilet paper for our stay nor to a small leak in the front window after heavy rainfall.
