"We had a wonderful weekend in this shepherds hut. Sam was a great host, excellent communication before the stay and when we arrived. The hut was exactly as the photos depict on the website. Once the heater had done its job, it was really cosy and warm in there despite the outside temperature. Can't fault it. Would highly recommend. Pevensey Bay/Eastbourne are well worth a visit. "A perfect little rustic hut, warm and cosy. With a separate, modern wash room/toilet. Great jacuzzi and lots of garden space! It was the perfect getaway for me, my partner and our 4 year old son. Away from the hustle and bustle of our normal lives, to somewhere peaceful and calm. The owners were very welcoming, certainly not overbearing and seemingly very happy to help if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone. P.S We hope Jasper the pony liked his carrots and apples we gave him. "

"The property was very clean and well maintained, but the walk down from the car park to the hut site was a bit of a trek, and very badly maintained owing to the fact it was a public footpath , and the access path through the gate was very precarious other than that it was an excellent base for Leeds castle and other attractions,the accommodation was in excellent order and very peaceful."

"Tucked away on the corner of paddocks this is a peaceful getaway. We stayed for two nights. Cabin was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable and warm. Lovely log burner that we only used once. Shower lovely and hot. Outside there are paddocks with two horses and two Shetlands. There is also a pig that kept us entertained with her snoring.
