The staff was very helpful arranging for a rental car when Thrifty always seemed to be closed, and when we tried to check in with American Airlines and couldn't get through. "Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

Elegant, graceful, spacious, with one of the best caribbean views (and pool), you will not be disappointed. The owners were very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there helping with travel details. "
