This is a new modern open plan detached bungalow with open plan kitchen dining space and separate living room. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The main bathroom and ensuite have walk in showers. The house is well equipped with high speed Wi fi and smart tv. Both bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The house is suitable for 4 people. In addition, travel cot and high chair is available free of charge. Also a small foldup bed can be used for child up to age 12 at extra cost if £10 per night. A further foldup double can be used in the sitting room on request for an adult at extra cost if £20 per night. The owner allows dogs on request and can provide dog bowls and a dog basket. The house provides all amenities including washing machine and dryer and dishwasher.
The house is easily accessible to main street and close to all amenities. It is set in a detached location with private enclosed front and large back garden with beautiful views of the mourne mountains. This makes it a safe area for children to play. Free secure parking is available on site. There is a private patio area which overlooks the garden with views of the mournes mountains. The patio has patio chairs and table with available charcoal BBQ. The main bathroom and ensuite are fully tiled with walk in showers. There are patio doors that lead out to the patio from the sitting room and dining area. The house is in a quiet residential area .

Came to Newcastle for a family reunion. This was in the perfect location right off the main street and near the beach. Lots of restaurants near by within walking distance. Great off street parking. The weather was not the best for us, but we did get a chance to use the backyard seating with some of our cousins. The house is beautiful and very well equipped.
We loved this property which is in the perfect location, central to everything... the promenade, beach, cafes and a great dog friendly pub. The property is beautifully decorated, bright, spacious and clean. The enclosed garden was also a bonus. We really could not fault anything. It had all we could possibly need and we will be back. Thanks to Mary.
Super central location and pet friendly , which suited us very well.So much to do in this area and we packed lots in to our short stay.House was simply perfect for our needs. Mary was attentive and phoned us after our departure, to advise we had left an item behind. I was very impressed by this personal service.
