"Staff, including cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. I asked for quiet room and that is what I was given , so that despite it being a Friday night and a very busy one I had good night’s sleep in very comfortable bed. Hotel very well situated for Glasshouse concert Hall, easy walk and also easy to get bus into town if needed. As an older woman alone all that was very important and I will certainly stay again."

"Excellent staff. Very comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean. Very good location for the centre. Although quite busy no trouble parking - reasonable rate too. Only issue we had was we had no hot water. They had a burst hot water pipe on our first morning, although I appreciate nothing could be done whilst repairs going on we received no notification or updates about this"
