Green's Frosty Acres - Beautiful Up North Winter House!

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (18)
"This was a birthday weekend for my 70th birthday. I invited my two daughters their husbands and children along. Age ranges were 5 to 11+5 adults. The kids love the grass and the fire pit and the toys that were around. We brought a monopoly game and had an epic game that stretched several nights. The kitchen was very usable and easy to find things, well equipped. Beds were quite comfortable. Each of my daughter’s families took a bedroom, and I got the master. The smaller room did not have AC...

Sled Shed! Our 2nd property and favorite!

"Newberry was our “hub” to visit so many sites in eastern UP. From waterfalls to lighthouses to beaches to historic sites. And even a lingering monarch butterfly that hadn’t migrated south yet. This property is everything it claims to be! A full kitchen; lots of beds; comfortable. No doubt a great place for everyone and their “toys”!"

"This is an amazing choice if you're looking to book! "Ms. Jen," as my son called her, :) keeps the cabin fully stocked and equipped with everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay. It was a wonderful place to return to after long days of sight-seeing. We will come back, and we will book here again!! Thank you, Ms. Jen!"

"We loved the property! It is helpful to know (if you have little experience with the area) that you have a few small flights of stairs to get to the path that leads through the woods to the lakeshore. The path is well kept, but if you have someone with you with limited mobility it would/could be challenging. It has small hills and roots as it's a wooded path. Then you have a small sand dune directly before the beach. The house is delightful. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed...
