"We wanted to ride Amtrak into Fort Worth and spend a couple days so I chose a hotel close to the central train station. We could not have been more pleased. The hotel was very clean, hotel staff very helpful, breakfast was wonderful…Will definitely stay again!"

"I will definitely be back to The Sinclair. The Assistant General Manager Matthew McDaniel is excellent. While we loved the hotel itself, and most of the staff was wonderful, we had some issues with the restaurant and concierge service. The first night there, we waited almost 1 1/2 hours after ordering to receive our food. Our server did not apologize and was very dismissive of the situation. Before our stay, we called the hotel and when there was no seating at the hotel's restaurant the second night we were there, the concierge told us they made reservations for us at a different restaurant we wanted to try. After what happened the first night, we called the restaurant directly to confirm the reservation was made. It was not. That restaurant was booked, so we had to find some place else to eat. When we brought these issues to the attention of hotel management, Matthew McDaniel was very professional, courteous, looked into the situation right away, communicated options to us, and went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes happen even at the nicest hotels like this one. I think what's important is how those mistakes are addressed. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel itself is quaint and lovely, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and it's in an ideal location, walkable to great stores, restaurants, Bass Performance Hall (also beautiful), etc. This is my second time to do a family staycation in downtown Ft. Worth, and it doesn't disappoint. "
