You can’t get a cup of coffe, housekeeping hanging out of the lobby, no water no breakfast very bad hotel.

Elevator was not working, had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. Room dirty even saw a roach. Requested money back or discount and was tild that there's nothing they can do all transactions are final and can not be changed. Very rude receptionist.

Noticed speckles of something on the ceiling, very noisy due to construction of some sort, my toilet seat had some stains on it I thought were strange and my bed comforter or the thick blanket had some burn holes on it. I really love the bed it is very comfortable and I slept really well despite the noise.

Check in 3:00 was too long and they had no microwave in the building my shower wasn't working but it was okay they had hot running water and heat was okay nice and quiet!
