The property's proximity to Time Square was excellent. However, the space was very small. We had five people and it felt cramped.

We booked this apartment because there were 5 of us trying to stay in the same place and we could not find a hotel room to accommodate 5 people. The apartment itself was fairly clean, but a lot smaller than the pictures made it look. We had 1 bedroom with 3 beds stacked on top of each other (bunk beds). There was very little room between each bed and the middle bed was extremely hard to get in and out of. The unit had 1 small air condition window unit that struggled to keep the apartment cool. We went in September and the temperature was low 80’s during the day and low 70’s at night. The apartment manager did provide us with towels, but no wash clothes. We had to purchase them from a store. The bathtub felt like it had weak spots in it and very little water pressure. The steps leading up to the apartment were in very poor condition and also felt unstable. There was not an elevator so steps were the only option. The only plus to this apartment was it’s proximity to Time Square which was about a 10 minute walk. I would not recommend this apartment

I made this last-minute reservation and since them the manager was always answering my text messages pretty fastand being very accurate with all the information in order to help my family and I to get into the place. They also gave us some restaurant vouchers so we could enjoy the area and have really nice discounts. Place was very clean and all my family enjoyed. Thank you!
