Hotel does not exist. It is a scam!!!! Fake
Horrible experience to arrive into New York City and find out you do not have a hotel room and a place to stay for the next 3 days. I want to alert others, this is a SCAM!!!!

The location of this flat was Fika coffee shop
before coming to the apartment I tried calling the number provided by Expedia no one answered. I tried calling it so many times but no one answered. even called expedia to try and call they were not successful as well. So when I arrived to the location with wife, two kids and infant after 25 hours flight we found out that the address belong to a coffee shop called Fika. when I entered the coffee shop they said that there is no apartment in that place and they had similar incidents of people coming and asking about the apartment and they assured me that this was scam apartment. so they let me use their wifi to book a different accommodation. The sad part is that I called expedia while standing there to help but no help was provided.

A great family Duplex in NYC!
My family consisting of 2 adults, 18 yr old, 6 yr old, and 3 yr old stayed for 5 nights. There was plenty of sleeping room for us all along with 1 1/2 baths. The kitchen was a plus to save on food expenses. We loved it! The only caution I have is for families with mobile little ones under age 3 because there is a circular stairwell with no safety gates between the 2 floors. It was fine for us with a 3 yr old who's more coordinated. We definitely recommend this for families!! It was close to the subway and Time Square/Broadway as we did not have a car.

Cute, Clean, Stocked, and Spacious for 2-4 people
My husband and I booked this place on short notice and they were able to accommodate us beautifully! The place was clean and nicely set up for when we arrived! Loved the layout, the spiral staircase down to the bedroom with 3 beds was awesome! The air conditioner was strong enough to accommodate both levels! They made sure we had all the information we needed and answered our questions in a timely manner. Everything we needed they had and then some, we couldn't have asked for a better experience thank you so much!!
