Location is perfect to explore Manhattan both on the upper and lower side, by foot. Area is full of restaurants and all kind of shops, just amazing. Hotel is ok, rooms are a bit small and facilities updated (sink was clogged easily), it's ok for a short stay.

A ver nice and comfortable hotel, with an excellent restaurant. Very weell located, easy to walk around, and very close to bus and subway stations. Our TV failed a couple of night, but aside from that, an excellent choice.

We stayed for week and couldn’t ask for a more hospitable stay than we had. All the staff were amazing and helpful through out the entire stay. We saw in previous reviews people said it was loud… we are in NYC anywhere would be. However we did not think it was noisy at all considering we are in the city. Highly suggest the location and hotel to anyone.

The property is a bit dated but I’m impressed by how clean the room is. Staff Rahemen was 5 stars. He was so helpful, upbeat, nice, and super accommodating. He is a gem. He made our stay very comfortable and memorable.
