Near subway & other attractions. I picked the hotel due to the location near subway & other top attractions. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar, but it seemed like a separate restaurant and not just for hotel guests. We did not have a reservation on a Friday night, but lucked out and was able to spend about an hour there before a scheduled reservation arrived. The hotel is not clearly identified on the outside. We walked by it twice and went to the hotel next door that told us where it was. Our room was clean but very basic. No refrigerator, no microwave, no washclothes. We asked at the front desk twice for washclothes, but they couldn’t find any. This seems to be a common problem from other reviews. Ended up giving us an extra hand towel. The rooftop bar next door was right outside our window & played extremely loud music very late. It was a Friday night, so not sure if that’s just a weekend thing or not. Overall, it was just ok for one night. Not sure I would want to stay longer than that.

This hotel provides practically a room where you can sleep. Not even a picture on the wall. White walls with some dirt on it, carpet and beds. No hospitality, not much kindness.

The entrance to the hotel is in the same place as a rooftop bar. The reception is very small without sitting area. The receptionist was not friendly. It is a good location, close to Times Square, Penn Station, State Empire Building, Macy's. The room is big and clean. The power point to the freezer is broken. We paid security deposit $150 that was returned when we checked-out.

The A/C was not working, the fridge was not cooling properly, the lounge area is very small, there's a microwave, but they don't have any plastic utensils..the staff is very standoffish, the only good thing about this hotel is the location

Prepaid on Expedia. Hotel charged me full rate and gave me run around when I asked them about it. Online it looks like they do this all the time. That, plus the room is absolutely disgusting. Rip off - avoid!

The room was comfortable with a great view. If you’re looking for a decent clean place with friendly staff located in a great area with easy access to the city then this is a great location. This hotel does not provide much comfort beyond your room however the room is all I needed. I would stay if/when visiting again.
