Brandon was the only good thing about the stay. There was construction that went on outside of our window from 8pm to 3 am. This was not the hotels fault but the way they handled it was. We called down and asked to switch rooms because of the jackhammering. They said they had already given them to other customers. The girl at the front desk was bothered and didn’t seem to care whatsoever. She said you can come down and get earplugs. Didn’t even offer to bring them up. Never ever again will we stay here or recommend it. Sad to we go to NY every 3 months. Room was dirty, snacks that were available in room for purchase had been opened and half eaten by previous guests. Go to the The Muse!!!! So much better

Great boutique hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Although it was cold outside the balcony was great. It’s located near lots of restaurants, stores and easy walk to theaters. Great little restaurant in hotel too!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so central but also quiet and very safe! A few blocks in either direction will get you to Times Square, Grand Central, the theaters, etc. Will absolutely atay here again =)

Location is good. And it was decently renovated. It was small, noisy. The windows/air conditioning unit made it hard to keep the noise level down from outside. The mini bar made it confusing as to what was complimentary. You had to scan the QR code and confirm coffee was complimentary. I had a charge on my credit card that I don’t know what it’s for. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, slept, showered and had two coffees. Didn’t even use the $10 mini-bar credit.
