The front desk staff, doormen, bellmen, etc were all incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Location was great - we walked to Rockefeller, Radio City and Grand Central with our kids.

The staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful for me and my family. They stored our bags all day after we checked out, hailed a cab and helped with separate reservations with ease. I had a hard time sleeping with the pillows the hotel had, but other than that the room was perfect and liked having the door to the bedroom along with a living area/sleep sofa. Would definitely stay here again!
