Terrible experience- they treat you like you will steal at anytime. Crazy amount per night for incidentals. Room super dusty. I’ve traveled 70 countries and never seen this!!! Staff aggressive. No water in room. Avoid!!!

The Roxy has it all. A great hotel experience enhanced by having a superb jazz club, movie theater, dining options, and cool factor all baked into the property. Great service, great vibes, fun, comfortable, responsive, special. Will stay here again for sure. Maybe the best NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
