The place is nice and clean, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The only downside is the noise from the air conditioning. It's very convenient to walk to the city from here.

Right close to the Fulton St Subway Station, handy for getting to various places in Manhattan or back to JFK airport back to the Airtrain. Staff were really nice, albeit I didn't speak Spanish so I couldn't communicate with the lady who wanted to clean. Other than that room I stayed at was really clean with a nice view. Free breakfast was a plus too I suppose.

Overall, reasonable but far too many minor annoyances; e.g., missed a cleaning one day so returned to used towels on floor, two elevators for 38 floors, adequate but mediocre breakfast, phone battery had to be replaced twice, tv remote frustratingly slow to respond. Each annoyance no issue by itself and staff was responsive when notified, but taken together made the stay unpleasant. There are other, similarly priced options in the area. We will not return to this hotel.

Good spot, in walking distance of the subway. The only thing I would have to say is with so many floors only 2 elevators are available so just have to be a little patient with that. Everything else was great.

Very clean and organized. We stayed for 8 days for the christmas holiday and it was perfect. Perfect location. Amazing, helpful, and accommodating staff. Breakfast every morning was great. Be patient with the elevators. If you're booking a shared ride, ensure you're in the lobby before you book. Area is very walkable. Near to the boardwalk, plenty cafes and restaurant nearby.

I was leary about booking at this location because of the bad reviews. I am glad I booked it. The location was great, the staff was amazing and the rooms were great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good compared to other hotels I have been at. The selections were good and for the most part everything tasted good especially the small muffins and small apple pastry. Coffee was alright but I am picky with my coffee. I would stay here again.
