Perfect location for those who want a quiet neighborhood with quick access to transportation to explore Brooklyn and the surrounding cities!

5-7 minute walk to J train and 5 minute walk to L train which takes you to Williamsburg, Lower East Side, Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, TriBeCa & Downtown Manhattan.

Take a bike ride with Citibike which is down the block to rent :) also located near b60 & b26 bus lines!

BEDROOM 2: queen-size bed with large closet.

Both Bedrooms are located in the back of house so that you can sleep peacefully!

PARKING: Free street parking available first come first serve.

▫️Guests will have their own entrance, entire ground apartment to themselves! This is a ground-floor unit with no steps. We live upstairs and have our own entrance, we do have 2 dogs which you do not have to worry there will be no disruption from them :)

▫️Flexible self check in any time after 3:00 pm with lock box. Code will be given prior to arrival.
