A remodeled 1930 Neo-Colonial private house Located in Addisleigh Park Historic District, a suburban-type enclave in southeast Queens with a rich and distinctive history. Where World-renowned notables such as Lena Horne, Ella Fitzgerald, Illinois Jacquet, Jackie Robinson, James Brown, Joe Louis, Milt Hinton, Roy Campanella, Perry Sutton, Cootie Williams, and many more were once located. Easy access to public transportation to the city or to the island.

The home is set in a quiet yet convenient location and because its so close to local attractions, you'll save time and remove the stress of needing to travel. It has a small sink kitchenette area with half size fridge, Microwave, air fryer, keurig, and toaster as well as an eating area.
The bedrooms are cozy, and the natural light that flows through makes a comfortable and relaxing personal space. The recently remodled bathroom is modern and stylish with a shower in one bedroom room and bathroom in the other bedroom.
