This hidden treasure is the first floor with garden of a one family brownstone located in the Landmark District of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Two blocks from Prospect Park, and two blocks from the subway. Two express trains the B & Q lines arrive in Manhattan in 15 minutes, and in midtown in 25 minutes. This newly renovated garden apartment is very comfortable with 1904 original architecture alongside a sophisticated and modern feel.
Within walking distance is Prospect Park located 5 minutes from the house, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens is 7, The Brooklyn Museum is 15. Via subway the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) is 10 minutes, and Coney Island is 25.
