Such a great place
Stayed for two nights in this great little apartment! The location feels very safe and can’t be beat! Tons of restaurants, bars and a grocery store within one block. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the apartment had everything we needed. Obviously, this is NYC, there are quirks and it’s not perfect, but it was perfect for us. We were three adults but I think it would also be great for a family with kids. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return!

Great NY stay
Our family had an awesome time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you to property manager! Always reachable. Property is a good size space with for family of 5 and accommodate even more. Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)

Great option for the family
Check in was super easy and there was parking almost directly across the street which was very convenient. Close proximity to many shops, groceries and restaurants with only about a two block walk to the subway. Was very quiet yet easy to navigate the city from. Great option for needing multiple bedrooms and kitchen access. Bathroom was slightly unclean when we arrived, but nothing concerning.

My return to New York
I was born and raised in ny and relocated. But my family and I decided to visit for my birthday. The location was convenient. The property was very secure and clean. The owner was very communicative and checked on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The space is great. We had 8 ppl with us. Great stay! Will definitely book again.

Terrifying stay
Poor correspondence with the host. This property was not as listed in the photos. A broken light recessed light hanging from the ceiling, exposed wires, trash stuffed behind a false wall in the kitchen, and worst of all mouse and PLENTY of mouse droppings. We had a 5 year old with us. Do not DO NOT. Stay here.

Very basic place with adequate conditions and amenities (at best). No dish towels which is odd. Nice having 3 bedrooms but pretty tight quarters and very basic bat. Not highly recommended.

Great Location!
We came here with our adult children and the place worked out just fine for us. We did have to coordinate some because there was only one bathroom, but we were able to pull it off. The location was great very close to restaurants, coffee shops, the subway and city bikes is located right outside the door! The bedroom closer to the kitchen has a softer bed for my husband and I and the other two rooms have nice, firm mattresses. We would recommend this place to anyone who looking to take a bite out of the big apple! We would definitely return!

three bedrooms in a fantastic location
We're a family of six, so were thrilled to find a three-bedroom rental available that was literally in Manhattan. This place delivered exactly what it promised. It's indeed cozy, and that's Manhattan for you. But the convenience was incredible! You can find almost anything you need within a ten-minute walk - loads of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, grocery stores, and even a 24-hour hardware store. There's also easy access to the subway. We had a great time!
