We booked and were sent the address for the VRBO. On the day we landed at the airport we were sent check in instructions for new, different, address. 10 blocks away in a dilapidated location with no lockbox or even clear entry doorway. We have received nothing but canned responses “Glad you’re enjoying your stay!”. Before finding a hotel we carried our luggage 10 blocks to the original address and spoke to a local. “Yeah this happens a lot”.
The host is obviously a bit. Again no response to our concerns during the whole process and VRBO has been zero help. “The host seems willing to help!”. It’s a bit. The responses are canned. Whatever. We will be taking this up with the credit card company.
