We had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean and surprisingly quiet for being right in the middle of all the sites. The bed was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in NYC.

We stayed at Kixby for three nights. We arrived by train, and the hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from Grand Central Station. The subway was also very close by. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Our room was also nice, with pleasing decor, a comfy bed, and great water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and personable. Rooms, hallways and lobby were clean and updated. And upon check in you are given a Kixby water tumbler to use at the complementary water and coffee station which has an assortment of coffee, teas, sparkling/distilled/flavored waters and snacks. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Boutique hotel with spacious and very clean & super Nice rooms for its price. Staff was amazing. A few steps from macys on 34th and empire state building. Lots of restaurants near by and don't miss Korea town food is amazing.
