There was no hot water in the shower or faucet. Room was smelly, dirty. There was no closet or chair or table. The guest phone was not working to call front desk. Morning staff was rude. The air condition was very hot, temperature control was not working.

I booked this last minute because my wife's doctor needed to run more tests and they were sold out at the hotel we were staying at. The staff was accommodating, but this place is not for families. Scetchy part of town. They should have gates around the property

This was an excellent stay for the room price and included free parking. The room was very clean and comfortable but small, like many rooms in New York. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. It was also odd to have stairs going down into the lobby. The elevator was restricted for wheelchair use.

Did not expect any luxury room out of the price however expected at least a clean room. So disappointed, room was so smelly, so dirty, full of dust and stains on the wall. Checked out within couple of minutes after seeing the room. Couldn’t stay even a single night.

Check in was kind of horrible. I called several times because our plane kept getting delayed, lady here said it would be fine but when I got here there was an attitude. Not in the greatest looking part of town either.

Ugh, this is a short stay motel, don't kid yourself. Parking is first come first serve, don't expect to get a spot. Room is the size of shoe box, condition is atrocious. Self closing bathroom door, really? $170 is a joke. Definitely not 3 stars

the property was not dirty and smell really bad. towels were similar to the one at a self service carwash. Carpet and bedsheet were torn and dirty. Cracks and rust everywhere. Air Conditioner duct was loaded with dust.

Not at all what we expected. Poor lighting in the parking lot. Room door was open when we arrived, the room smelled nasty, carpet was dirty, it just felt dirty. Staff was not helpful in trying to help us find transportation to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Abysmal. Despite the high cost I paid through Hotels.com, they did not have a room available for me when I arrived. After I asked them to resolve the situation, the clerk disappeared into an office and never returned. I slept in the lobby. Do not use this hotel. Hotels.Com has been unable to reach the property to get a refund for me.
