The hotel is a Jem. Everything from beginning to end of stay was perfect. Very satisfied and grateful. Highly recommend. Will stay again hopefully for a better reason. Will tell friends and family. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with french doors that opened onto a small balcony. The included continental breakfast offered in the lovely lobby was tasty and healthy. The location in the Flatiron neighborhood was convenient to the subway and excellent dining. We highly recommend Audace, located in the same building as The hotel.
