The botanical garden is a 15 min walk, as well as the Brooklyn museum, and prospect park! Historical neighborhood in a prewar building with beautiful crown molding features and more! A small black cat named Lana Del Rey Ives here just fyi but she is hypoallergenic and well cleaned. The space
