I paid for room with a single bed. Was put in a tiny room with bunk beds. The reservation was not in their system, so had to waste about 30 minutes trying to check in... Overall worst experience. I want my room payment to be refunded in full.

Front desk was friendly. The room was clean but cold! I was visiting from out of town so being affiliated with the ymca name title and mission statement gave me comfort. It was the only reason why I stayed.

There was poop of mice, smell of weed, terrible smell of cigarette smoke, dampness in the walls, unbearable noises, I could not sleep, flies, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets stained with blood, the heating did not work at all, they should reintegrate me the money and give me compensation.

as long as you don't expect you will be fine. the facility is relatively clean, but I was surprised how limited open swim hours are (1.5 hours during my stay!), and there seems to be strange rules like no visitors allowed in room. bathroom was adequate but pretty busy during my stay

no table in my room, I cannot work my laptop in the room. the first floor café pubic large sitting area not enough AC plug-in, we cannot sit comfortably to have our laptop powered up. I thought I booked a standard 1 bed room, but they gave me a double-deck bed room with no table. steam room has to call maintenance guy to open up, otherwise no steam, sauna room has to know how to set the timer. These sauna room, steam room setup are not the standard YMCA setup, they need to improve. They need to improve the café public area to make it more comfortable, since the sleeping room is not big enough to do work.

I stay here for the 1st 3 days of the US Open. It’s great for the accommodations. The only problem is that the price keeps on increasing. At this rate I might as well rent out a hotel room with a private bathroom.
