Great stay. Staff were super friendly. Let us check in 3 hrs early. Not many other hotels would do that. 20 min walk from Penn station 5 min walk to uber shuttle from port authority > JFK Would definitely recommend and would stay again

The staff was very polite. Everybody was friendly, always greeting you even in the housekeeping, which is sometimes rare so that was nice. It was a very friendly environment.. a lot of construction going on, but even with that it’s still pretty quiet. I felt safe there wasn’t a lot of noise going on in the hotel that would keep you awake or anything.

Hotel staff was AMAZING! Walking to the Jarvits Center as well as Times Square, Rockafeller Center, Empire State Building were all very easy. Lots of dining options Right next to Penn Station for the Bus was super convenient. We checked out but they were able to hold our luggage while we explored the city more. Hotel was nice and clean...and again, THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!
