I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice & quite neighborhood. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice & accommodating. Bus stops right outside of hotel. Staff even gave me a complimentary hour on check out. I will definitely stay here again !

I had absolutely horrible experience staying at this hotel. The very first night, there was so much door slamming and loud noise coming from outside and room next to me that I was up all night. Called front desk twice and absolutely nothing was done. They moved me up to 3rd floor for the next 3 nights after refusing to cancel the nights and refund the money. The final night my friend after leaving me was cornered by some guy in the elevator, blocking her exit, she finally managed to run out to front desk asking for help , except they did nothing at all, pretty much told her-what you want us to do?! Will never stay here again!

It's a comfortable stay but somewhat pricey. If you have the option, get a room NOT on the basement floor. I had a basement floor room and you hear (and smell) going on in the streets.

The bathroom sink not draining, closet hinge broken, door stopper loosen screws the room was already like this when we arrived. The breakfasts were definitely good and friendly service tenant. Clean and good reception area.
