A sunny restored 1880's brownstone Home on a beautiful tree lined block only 2 blocks from the subway (F & G trains 4, 5, 2, 3 trains about 15 block walk). This apartment is located in a 3-family house. Your apartment is on the basement and first level. Back yard is accessible through the house only.

Our home is located on Sackett Street between Court and Smith Streets in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.

Within a blocks walk there are Thai, Italian, Cuban, Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern restaurants as well as a new wine bar and pubs. Sushi, French Provincial, French bistro, and amazing pizza are nearby. The neighborhood also has plenty of groceries, delis, vegetable stands, fish markets, and butcher shops nearby, including great Italian markets reflecting the neighborhoods Italian-American heritage.

This apartment has been fully restored for all your modern conveniences while leaving the charm of the 1880 brownstone.

Living area has futon style couch and dining table & chairs as well as TV w/Roku.

Smoking Policy – there is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellation within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you have cancelled we will refund you 100% less any fees incurred.

317 Sackett is a comfortable and Cozy place to stay in one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods. Convenient to the F train and many restaurants it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I have stayed her five times and will return.

Great location, lovely studio
Coming from the U.K, we were initially uncertain about which were the good and safe areas of Brooklyn and which weren’t. Having now stayed here, this is a great location, full of brownstone buildings and a great community feel. We came with our 11 year old and this is very much a family area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery shops in very easy reach and the subway taking you over to Manhattan is a 5 minute walk. Cassie’s studio apartment is lovely with well chosen pieces of furniture. Both the double bed and sofa bed are comfortable and it was just the right size for the three of us. There is a small kitchen with 2 hobs, microwave, toaster and coffee machine for anyone wanting to self cater. There are also plenty of pizza and pasta take out places in easy reach. All in we had a great stay. I’ve only ever stayed in big hotels in Manhattan before years ago when single and this is an infinitely preferable option! I’ve also grown to really really like Brooklyn - safe, quirky and a lot to offer in its own right!

Fabulous apartment!

Lovely tree lined street, comfortable studio, great bed, ac and ceiling fan kept it cool, 1 to 2 blocks from family owned good restaurants. I loved the historic broad curved woodwork, brick walls and experiencing a brownstone neighborhood ... pretty different than my SoCal beach town! Carroll Gardens is nice Brooklyn area. I have done many, many VRBO s around the world. This was the most minimally furnished and small kitchen ever. Shabby furniture. Tape on chest of drawers and couch. Silverware kept in bathroom. Was clean, sunlit and nice neighborhood.

This is our second time at this lovely brownstone. It's clean and dry and had everything we needed. The last time we were here it was 98 degrees and the air conditioner did a great job keeping things cool. This time around it was cold and rainy, and the heater and featherbed kept things very pleasant. The walls /floors are paper thin, so this is not a place for you if you need things to be super quiet. But we'll definitely return. Oh, and the bed feels soft when you get in but I never once woke up with a sore back (and I'm picky about beds...so: good bed!). On the map it looks like the closest metro stop is 6 blocks away...but there's a closer entrance just two blocks down on Smith Street at President.

This studio apartment was perfect for our visit to Brooklyn. It was in a great location, close to where our family lives and lots of coffee shops, pizza places, and other great food and stores. The best stay in Brooklyn
We know the area and were excited to see the apartment. When we arrived we were amazed at how great the accommodations were. Cassie the Owner is great and let us know that if we needed anything to just give her a call. The apartment is lovely and all inside is extremely clean and versatile. There is plenty of room and the street was so quiet we were never bothered by any noise. Everything you need is right there in that neighborhood. Some of the best pastry and bread you could ever want. There are plenty of great restaurants and little spots to get a good drink. We definitely will be back.
