The hotel definitely looked much different than advertised. Morning staff were great and the shuttle to and from the airport is convenient. The heater/AC did not work at all and the hotel room was a little dirty in some areas.

I spent two nights at this hotel and I do not plan to come again because of the loud noises heard in the hallways and outside of the building. If you want to have a good night rest, do not expect to have it.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the smooth check-in process were commendable. However, the air conditioning system, particularly the heater, was disappointingly loud, causing significant disturbance throughout the night. Given that I had an early morning flight, a quiet environment to ensure a good night's sleep was crucial, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve the experience for future guests.

The breakfast included option is fake. I booked the hotel only because it was mentioned breakfast is included. For the sake of breakfast they provide one cake, an apple and a juice bottle in a packet. It's completely ridiculous. I felt like being cheated.
