Our room was always cleaned with fresh towels and linens. The bed was very uncomfortable but its had to find a hotel with a bed that fits our comfort level. Each person we encountered at the counter were super sweet.

Nice place for a short stay. Some noise from outside equipment, so bring ear plugs to have uninterrupted night sleep. Staff is very friendly.

Short ride to LGA. Room was clean, we were on the back side away from the street on the 6th floor with a terrific view of the Manhattan skyline. Would have preferred having a coffee maker in the room instead of a kettle and instant coffee, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to family nearby. Very clean and great staff. Sam and Pema were most welcoming and helpful. Close to lots of food and shops. We took advantage of available $ parking in secured garage. We would stay here again in the future.
